Summary: The property was clean, well equipped and had good off street parking. Andrew was responsive and helpful. Definitely recommend.

Summary: Communication prior to arrival was good. We were sent the location and access codes about a week prior to arrival. The house itself is in a very busy location not too far from stores and the interstate. It was very clean and very nicely decorated. The kitchen had almost everything you could want to cook with including multiple pots, pans and dishes. There were essentials in the kitchen as well including salt, pepper, rice and noodles. We had a fee small issues but management was quick to respond with solutions and even showed up to fix something. We had 7 adults and 5 kids in this space and everyone had room to spread out. The bedrooms all had window units as well as the living rooms. We stayed during a very hot week and this was sufficient to keep everyone comfortable. Overall we had a very wonderful stay and highly recommend this place.

Summary: We mostly enjoyed our stay here, the rooms were lovely, the beds comfortable and everything that we wanted to visit (Discovery Center, Seaside Park) were within 10 min driving. There were just a couple weird things: 1) Getting into the property was tough, we couldn't get the app to work but the owners were super responsive and gave us a code over the phone. 2) Getting the doors to lock from the outside was tough, it worked maybe 50 percent of the time. That being said, perhaps if we had gotten the app to work with the help of the owner, it might have gone better. 3) Air conditioning = ac units but there were more than adequate as every room has one except for kitchens and bathrooms. 4) There were fire alarms missing in some places -- that they should just fix (seems like an easy one). Overall, we enjoyed our stay with the family and had a great time!
